Hacked personal data serves as the basis to generate a series of portraits that reflect on individuals whose identities have been compromised through cybercrime. Using the obtained information, each person is retraced and reimagined through constructed sculptural forms.
Seemingly unrelated objects are assembled to evoke the structure of a human bust: used vases purchased online are replicated, a sports ball is cast in concrete, and a wig meticulously reproduces the hairstyle of the presumed subject. These disparate elements, carefully stacked, speak to the fragmented and mediated nature of identity in the digital age.
The sculptures are placed within multi-colored cubicles, concealing the actual materials and surfaces of the objects. This chromatic enclosure functions as a form of obfuscation, mirroring how personal information—once leaked—becomes abstracted, anonymized, and distorted in digital circulation.
